Do you have a minimum or maximum ordering limit?

The ordering limit depends on the shipping method and the country you choose, the restrictions for your purchase are visible in the checkout. Please read all details that pop-up as you complete your order, it is also important to contact your local customs for information regarding regulations and national limits.  

Do you sell within the EU?

Yes, we sell our products to all countries within the EU.

What is the shipping cost for my order?

The shipping cost is visible at the checkout, it varies depending on which country you are shipping to.

What are the shipping alternatives?

  • DHL Express: Delivery time, 1-3 business days. Includes DHL Tracking. Signature is not required on delivery.
  • Malta Same Day Delivery: Delivery time, max. 12 hours. Orders have to be made before 12:00.

Do you offer tracking, and when do I receive my tracking number?

Tracking is available when you choose DHL Express, as shipping method. You will receive a separate email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

Tracking is not available when you choose Malta Same Day Delivery. You'll however get notified by our carrier well before drop-off.

Where is my order?

Keep in mind that the delivery time varies depending on what shipping alternative you choose. It is either 1-3 business days for DHL Express. Business days is excluding weekends and other holidays.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us if you want to cancel your order, it can only be cancelled if it has not yet left the warehouse, it is therefore vital that you contact us as soon as possible.

Can I return my order?

We do not take any of our products in return since it is perishable products.

Do I need to pay duty or tax?

Custom policies vary widely from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Is it my responsibility to know the customs regulations?

Yes, you, as the customer, is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
